Nick Christelis

BA, LL.B, Diploma in Company Law, Higher Diploma in Tax Law

Nick obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He continued his post-graduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, where he obtained his Diploma in Company Law, and Higher Diploma in Tax Law.

Nick has been a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 1976 and has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation. He now serves as a consultant to the firm, drawing on decades of experience to provide strategic guidance on complex legal and commercial matters.

Nicolette Tommei

LL.B

Nicolette obtained her LL.B degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and has been a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces since 2006. She joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2010.

She has a diverse practice and specialises in all aspects of civil, commercial and corporate litigation and has further experience in the drafting and vetting of various agreements, including Franchise, Sale and Lease Agreements.

Her wide range of experience in all aspects of South African law enables her to provide her extensive client base with accurate and astute legal advice.
